The French military delivered approximately a dozen of the artillery systems to the Ukrainian military and also provided them with training to effectively use the cannons. The CEASAR self propelled artillery system is incredibly mobile. It can be put into action and also taken out of action in less than a minute. It's advanced ballistics computer and semiautomatic loading capability both allow it to put multiple rounds downrange in a short amount of time with great accuracy.
