Cell phone video taken of a drone control station captures the moment an FPV racing drone is used to target a Russian BMP that is sitting in the open.

From the video, it's unclear if the vehicle was occupied. Most of these FPV drones have been modified to carry an RPG payload directly to their targets, which safeguards rocketeers and removes the human element from aiming the device under the stress of staring down an armed armored vehicle.
