Footage shows the perspective of a Ukrainian FPV racing drone outfitted with explosives as it chases down a Russian BM-21 Grad launcher and detonates as it passes under a bridge. The video is especially interesting because it shows clues to the construction of the drone itself. Two copper wires can be seen protruding from the front with a couple inch gap between them. Each one of these wires would be connected to a batter box and then into the fuze of the improvised warhead they are carrying. When the drone crashes into the target, the two copper wires make contact with each other which completes the electrical circuit from the battery box and sends a detonating impulse into the warhead fuse. Kaboom.
