Russian officials are reporting that 10 people have been killed and another 45 have been injured in Ukrainian strikes on the Russian city of Belgorod.

Witness footage shows various plumes of smoke and burning infrastructure. Russia claims the strikes targeted residential areas. Pro Ukrainian mil-bloggers are claiming the explosions were a result of errant Russian air defense missiles, a common deflection used by both sides when civilians are killed. The Ukrainian government hasn't claimed the attack, but they rarely confirm any strikes outside of Ukrainian borders.
