General Discharge is a channel run by a group of Recon Marines who appear to be from Camp Pendleton. The purpose of the channel is to dissect aspects of the military lifestyle, and provide the viewer with perspective from the inside. Being members of the Marine Corps Reconnaissance Community, they have a deep understanding of the topics they usually discuss. When they are not a subject matter expert, they spend hours talking with people from neighboring communities in their space to put together their videos.

If you have never heard of, or watched a General Discharge video before, I highly recommend you give them an honest look. They're outstanding content creators, with a great sense of humor. On top of that, I've found an overwhelming majority of the information that they put out into the world is accurate and worth your time.
