In certain regions of Ukraine where the Russian troops have retreated, they have left behind a large number of landmines. These mines were placed by the Russian troops to buy them time in their retreat, and to prevent exploitation of their troops by Ukrainian forces moving to reclaim abandoned territory. The major problem is that as the Russians have left those areas, Civilians have once again moved back into some of those regions with the hope of also reclaiming whatever may be left from their old life, and those civilians are now encountering these mines.

We suspect, and the Russians have shown, that in the very near future there will be an incredible demand for de-mining operations throughout most of, if not all of Ukraine where Russian forces once were.
