Dash cam footage reportedly recorded in Chernihiv, east of Chernobyl, shows the moment a Russian airstrike targeted the local police station.

The northern city of Chernihiv has been the scene of significant Russian shelling and airstrikes for several days. Yesterday the police station and hospital were targeted. Reports from today indicate that 22 civilians were just killed in a new wave of Russian strikes.
