Unconfirmed CCTV footage dated Apr. 20, 2022 reportedly shows Russian cluster munitions targeting a residential area of Kharkiv and local residents scramble for cover as the bomblets begin exploding across the neighborhood.

The Russians use specialized 9M55K Smerch MLRS rockets to deliver the submunitions. Cluster munition barrages have reportedly killed and wounded dozens of civilians in Kharkiv over the past several weeks.
