Cell phone footage recorded by a civilian today captures the moment a Russian cruise missile impacts with critical civilian infrastructure.

Of the total 85 missiles launched by Russia today in Ukraine, 73 were destroyed by Ukrainian air defense weapon systems. The overwhelming majority of the missiles that impacted with their target today were targeting critical civilian infrastructure such as power substations.
