Footage accidentally leaked to Facebook by a member of the Chinese border patrol captures a SAC Soldier with the Government of Myanmar having a failure to fire with his handheld mortar system. The other Chinese border patrolmen can be heard laughing as the Soldier simply throws the round out of the end of his tube and walks away like this is a common-place issue with his mortar tube.
