Cell phone video recorded by a Canadian volunteer medic who goes by the name Brandon captures chaotic scenes of violence as he works to evacuate civilians from Soledar while it's under siege from Russian artillery.

For the past year or so Brandon has been on the ground in Ukraine working to deliver aid and evacuate civilians from regions that are currently under siege.
