Violent riots are continuing to spread across France with the protests nearing a week in duration, and the accompanying video shows some of the carnage.

The demonstrations were initially sparked following the point blank shooting of a 17-year-old motorist by police. Witness video contradicted the police force's official report, sparking outrage among immigrant families.

An extremely out-of-touch French President Macron blamed violent video games for the mass violence, and has attempted to stifle social media access in the nation to quell protest organization capability.

Others are blaming France's own open border policies for allowing millions of immigrants to flow into the nation, many from violence-ridden nations with ideologies and cultures unwilling to assimilate to the French and western European way of life.
