A reporter from CBS who is on the ground in Kyiv had quite the surprise when a massive bomb flash occurred in Kyiv just as he was signing off for the night.

Footage from the end of a CBS news report in Kyiv captured a set of massive flashes occurring on the reporter's backdrop just seconds after he signed off for the evening. The reporter is clearly confused by the first flash, and mistakes the second flash of light as a possible lightning strike, then the explosion occurs sending the reporter and his assistant straight to the nearest piece of cover.
