Bystanders witness a violent thief assault and rob an outdoor cafe patron, and they refuse to let the evil deed go unpunished.

A cafe patron goes vigilante as he chases the thief down, grabs ahold of him, and throws him to the ground. The man clearly has some sort of grappling training as he expertly controls the criminal's head while keeping his own body in balanced position. Another bystander, a fairly fit woman, assists with a few kicks, gathers dropped belongings, and then helps immobilize the thief by pinning his legs to the ground. Street justice is served.
