Bomb Levels Building Full of Russian Troops

Two munitions, purportedly JDAMs, demolish buildings containing Russian troops, according to the source. Soldiers mill about in frame, coming and going from several structures, seemingly oblivious to the Ukrainian drone overhead. At the fifty second mark one of those structures vanishes in a pillar of smoke, and an individual is launched into the sky. A second structure is struck at the 1:30 mark. While the source credits JDAMs with the score, this could have been the work of other munitions. Though dramatic, this video touches on the subject of rear area security. In conventional operations one considers rear area security in terms of likely threats, such as infiltrators, sabotage, or irregular forces. Closer to the forward line of troops, one considers IDF or potential air attack. The possibility of constant observation from drones adds a new dimension to the concept of rear area security.
