The power of drone observations are in full display in this video as a squad-sized unit of Russian infantrymen are chased by Ukrainian artillery fire regardless of where they try to stop.

Imagine being one of the Russian Infantrymen out in the field right now being exposed to this new type of forward observations. In the past, if you could break line of site with the observers position, they wouldn't be able to continue walking rounds onto you. Now, because drones are so prevalent in everything that the Ukrainians and Russians are doing, the forward observer can literally follow you for the entire length of the battery life of their drone, and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it unless you score a lucky shot on the device to take it down. Even still, with the way Ukraine has been operating, it wouldn't take them long to get another platform in the air above your position.
