Armed Thief Gets Outplayed by Inconvenienced Soccer Dad

Stressful footage shows the moments that a Soccer Dad, inconvenienced and probably late for IPA's with the boys, gets held at gunpoint. Little did the thief know...

I don't have a whole lot of context for this video, but I wanted to break down a few things here (lol). Let's start with the obvious. I'm not sure why he's sitting there with the door open already, but it's clear from the footage that this is REALLY eating into Dad's time and we were supposed to leave eight minutes ago. Just go to 0:10 and listen. You can FEEL Dad's temperature rising like someone slapped around the thermostat mid-spring just because they didn't want to put an extra layer on. The thief makes a move around the back of the vehicle presumably to come to the driver's side. Right then.... Dad snaps. He drops that minivan into gear and hits a sick burnout that'll no-doubt be the talk of poker night and leaves this a-hole wondering where his life went wrong to get entirely out-played by a Chad in a minvan. Hell yeah, Frank (maybe? he looks like a Frank).

In all-seriousness, even if he was carrying this was the best play. From an orientation perspective, presenting at that angle (back-right) would have been a nightmare. Waiting for the thief to get around the entirety of the vehicle for some form of an ambush would have also been just too much risk. You can hear what SOUNDS like a shot coming from the thief as he pulls away. Getting out of there... un-a**ing that location was his best option.
