Footage from an unknown date and location shows what is purportedly a Turkish Soldier triggering an improvised explosive device while on a foot patrol.

I don't know what you guys think, but this Soldier is either really lucky, or the guy who built the IED did a very bad job packing his explosives. Judging from the footage alone, any IED at this range should have been enough to do serious damage to the Soldier as he was walking by. Instead, he was only knocked to the ground, and appears to be in good enough shape to kick his legs to help his buddy drag him to safety.

Let me know what you guys think down in the comments. Is this a poorly packed IED, or a really lucky troop who managed to survive a close call.
