Footage released by the United States Air Force and Department of Defense shows a humanitarian aid drop being conducted over Gaza on March 2, 2024. According to the U.S. Air Force's official statement, 66 pallets of food and water providing 38,000 meals for civilians were dropped in support of civilians needing humanitarian aid because of the ongoing conflict in the region.
