Members of the elite Afghan Commando unit conduct a series of confidence training drills in which they shoot bottles and cans out of each other's hands. Don't try this at home, I doubt these are professionals.

I've said this before, and I'll say it again. There is no reason to shoot at your friends in training. It does absolutely nothing to better the shooter or the person being shot at. The only thing accomplished through this style of training is the inherent risk to the person being shot at, and any negative side effects that might be put onto the shooter in the event of a failure. Do not try this style of training at home.

All of that out of the way, I just wanted to share this throwback video back to when the Afghan National Army had their own Special Operations unit known as the Afghan Commandos. If you're not familiar, outside of this singular video, the Afghan Commandos were for the part actually a really solid military unit. They were at the front of every campaign the Afghan National Army conducted, and whenever an operation needed to get done you would often see these guys out at the front leading the fight. That doesn't make this video any safer though.
