Drone and cell phone footage released by the 73rd Naval Special Purpose Center on Facebook shows the rescue of several Russian Soldiers who were at risk of drowning after the collapse of the Kakhovka dam.

From my loose understanding of the situation, these Russians were stranded in flood waters after the collapse of the Kahkovka dam, and the Ukrainians pushed out on small watercrafts to conduct a rescue.
