Ukrainian troops, allegedly from a special forces battalion, clear Russian trenches in the Serebryansʹkyy Forest, located north of Bakhmut. The Ukrainians are clearing the old-fashioned way, with grenades and small arms, moving forward by bounds. The camera operator is using an AR-style weapon and has a few stoppages, particularly after reloads, when he pulls the charging handle after inserting the fresh magazine rather than just slapping the bolt release. This habit seems understandable for someone trained with the AK platform, which prompts one to wonder if he recently transitioned from the AK and has not fully mastered the manual of arms for the AR platform. Their movement and tactics seem reasonable, and though flashes can be seen in the distance, slain or wounded enemy are never visible on camera.
