Footage recorded by an IDF Soldier on his cell phone shows a large group of Palestinian men who surrendered to IDF forces. The men in the video are allegedly just average Palestinian civilians who surrendered by their own free will. They have been stripped to their undergarments as a standard operating procedure to prevent a possible suicide attack.
