Civilian cell phone footage recorded in the Southern Palestinian city of Rafah near the border with Egypt shows a massive Israeli leaflet drop. The information on the leaflet has not been disseminated yet, but it likely is warning the Palestinians that they need to either be prepared to evacuate, or is requesting the Palestinian provide the IDF with the location of Israeli hostages that were captured on October 7th.
