Footage shows an operating Russian Tor air defense system in an open field when suddenly a GMLRS rocket, fired from a HIMARS or equivalent launcher, bursts directly over the AD vehicle, destroying it.

The Tor system is not a heavily armored vehicle. The tungsten projectiles emitted from the air burst would have n problems penetrating it, and would likely inflict more catastrophic damage than a direct hit with a point detonating fuze setting.
